Branding is a promise
A channel brand is not only a logo or color palette. It tells a viewer what kind of problem you solve, what tone to expect and why they should return. Write one sentence that describes the audience, subject and distinctive approach. Use it to filter future ideas.
Make the system visible
Choose a small set of repeatable thumbnail decisions: subject placement, type treatment, contrast and a limited accent color. Keep titles direct and use playlists to group a viewer's next steps. Your banner and About page should explain who the channel helps and what a new visitor should watch first.
Keep room for change
A recognizable system should not make every thumbnail identical. Preserve the same hierarchy while changing the image and idea. Review your best-performing videos every quarter and update the system when audience interests change, without abandoning the promise that brought people to the channel.
