Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Fulhar does not offer cash refunds for any subscription, credit purchase, or one-time payment. Because AI inference incurs real, non-recoverable compute costs the moment a request runs, we cannot reverse charges once a payment has cleared.
This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, credit top-ups, pay-as-you-go API usage, and any one-time purchase. Please review our pricing and try the generous free tier before paying.
2. The Only Exception — Failed Generations
We refund credits (not cash) automatically when an AI image or video generation request fails on our side. Specifically:
- Image generation failures — if the model returns an error, a blank/corrupted image, or times out, the credits charged for that request are returned to your wallet within minutes.
- Video generation failures — if a video task fails, gets stuck, or returns a corrupted output, the full credit cost is automatically returned to your wallet.
- Provider downtime — if the upstream model provider (Sora, Veo, Kling, Flux, etc.) is unavailable and your request never completes, credits are returned automatically.
These credit refunds are automatic — you don't need to email anyone. Check your Billing page to see the credit return transaction.
3. What Counts as a "Failure"?
A generation is considered failed (and credits are refunded) when:
- The provider returns an HTTP error or explicit failure status.
- The task times out before producing any output.
- The output file is empty, corrupted, or unreadable.
- The output is filtered/blocked by a provider safety system before delivery.
A generation is not considered a failure (and credits are not refunded) when:
- The output is delivered successfully but you don't like the result aesthetically. AI is non-deterministic — quality varies prompt to prompt.
- You used the wrong prompt, wrong model, wrong settings, or wrong aspect ratio.
- The model produced something different from what you imagined.
- You changed your mind after generating.
We recommend testing on cheaper models (Flux Schnell, Veo Fast) before running expensive ones (Sora 2, Veo 3 Pro) so you can iterate prompts at low cost.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges immediately. You retain full access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is issued for unused days in the cancelled period.
5. Disputes
If you believe a credit refund was missed (e.g. you see a successful charge but no output and no automatic credit return), reach out via our Contact page with your transaction ID and task ID within 7 days. We'll investigate and return credits if our logs confirm the failure.
6. Chargebacks
Please reach out via our Contact page before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most issues within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access.
